Brett Cotter has over two decades of expertise helping people heal from life's most traumatic events, guiding them to release the the past and conquer fear, stress, & anxiety. His signature method has been taught in Fortune 500 companies, hospitals, schools, nonprofits, military bases, and disaster sites.

Stefanie Cotter is a wellness expert with a Masters in Eastern Medicine who will guide you through Qigong-inspired movement to boost energy, build a greater relationship with your body, & promote a sense of relaxed awareness, deep connection, and inner-power.

Together, they've been leading retreats for 5 years, including annual Women's Retreats at the Himalayan Institute.

Our live calls will take place on Zoom, with replays in our private Fb group and membership area. You can go through the recorded content at your own pace: the 6-module Masterclass, the Workbook, and the Meditation, Movement and Training Libraries. In our calls I will be directing you to the content that will best support you for that week. 

Our first live call is Tues Oct 3 at 7pm ET, and they run 8 weeks until Nov 20th. However, you will have access to the SIG Membership, and all of it's perks, until January 2, 2024. Included in that time will be additional live call check-ins. 

Yes! There will be additional office hours each week where you can ask me questions and get support. You can also interact and get support in our private Fb group. 

I’ve worked with people from beginners to advanced and all have found the meditations to be extremely easy and enjoyable. You just follow along with my voice as I guide you to release tension and connect to deep inner-peace and self-love.
