Stefanie Cotter is an acupuncturist, qigong + yoga teacher, JourneyDance® facilitator, and women's wellness expert who teaches movement and energetic practices to boost energy, build a greater relationship with your body, & promote a sense of relaxed awareness, deep connection, and inner-power.

Our live calls will take place on Zoom, with replays in our private Fb group and membership area. You can go through the recorded content at your own pace: the 6-module Masterclass, the Workbook, and the Meditation, Movement and Training Libraries. In our calls I will be directing you to the content that will best support you for that week. 

Our first live call is Tues Oct 3 at 7pm ET, and they run 8 weeks until Nov 20th. However, you will have access to the SIG Membership, and all of it's perks, until January 2, 2024. Included in that time will be additional live call check-ins. 

Yes! There will be additional office hours each week where you can ask me questions and get support. You can also interact and get support in our private Fb group. 

I’ve worked with people from beginners to advanced and all have found the meditations to be extremely easy and enjoyable. You just follow along with my voice as I guide you to release tension and connect to deep inner-peace and self-love.
