Hi! I'm Brett Cotter, author and founder of Stress Is Gone.

I have 20 years of experience helping people break free from the grips of their pain and experience freedom from the inside out, so they can live happier healthier lives.

For over two decades I have coached private clients and taught my signature classes in fortune 500 companies, hospitals, schools, non-profits, military bases, disaster sites, and world renowned retreat centers.

I am certified by the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress, the National Center for Crisis Management and was trained by a 35th Generation Shaolin Grandmaster and the Himalayan Institute.

Twelve 1-hour weekly trainings are deliver live via Zoom broadcasted into a private facebook. These sessions are from 6:30-7:30pm ET on Wednesday nights starting Feb. 15th ending May 10th. Whoever can not attend the live training can watch the reply in the facebook group. 18-hours of meditation is also delivered via Zoom M-W-F @ 9am ET. If your schedule does not permit you can log your hours using the Stress Is Gone Meditation Playlist on YouTube. You will receive a workbook via email and the Masterclass which includes 22 short video lessons and 6 meditations. You will also receive the Stress Is Gone Mobile App to quickly reduce your most routine stress.    

This is a 3-month / 30-hour course. 12-hours of live training and 18-hours meditation. The program starts Feb. 15th and ends May 10th. 

You will have lifetime access to the Live Training replays, the Masterclass, 3 Live Meditations per week, 4 private S.I.G. communities, the S.I.G. Workbook and the S.I.G. Mobile App. To ensure you stay on track to pass the certification exam you will have 48-hours to watch the Wednesday Night Live Trainings inside the private FaceBook group and you must stay on track with 1.5 hours of S.I.G. Meditation per week. 

Yes. There is a private Facebook group just for people in this certification program. There is forum inside the Masterclass to post questions. We have a larger private Facebook group where I teach each week and you can ask questions. Also, the meditation classes have their own community that meets before class starts. Lastly, we do a Q&A segment at the end of every live lesson to ensure your questions are answered.  

I have trained people of all ages, from all walks of life, with very diverse backgrounds, how to meditate and how to use these tools. I have successfully taught people with various health problems, diagnosis's, disorders and diseases. Beginners, intermediates and experts, will all gain immensely throughout this program. To my knowledge there is nothing like it in the world. 

If you were present in all 12 live training sessions and all 36 live meditations, and at the end of the 3-months you are dissatisfied with the program, you can have a full refund. However, asking for a refund negates your Stress Is Gone Certification.
