With more then 10 years experience in personal stress relief facilitation, Brett realized his passion - to guide people to the source of their problems and help them let it go. Brett has facilitated groups in corporations, hospitals, and non-profits working with the homeless and end of life care. He received training from the Himalayan Institute, a Shaolin Grand Master, and is a member of the Golden Key and National Honor Society for Psychology. Brett coaches people in The Stress Is Gone Method of Letting Go.
